One Week Old Today!

The pups are getting so big! They are almost double the size of their birth weight - right on target. They are just going to be SO small - I don't see any of them getting over 4 1/2lbs. They head into the vet tomorrow to get their dewclaws removed. Their future people will be thankful for that! I think we may do this for all of our future puppies. Dewclaws can get caught in blankets or wire crate and get irritated or torn if they dig. That problem is now solved.
