Anxiously Waiting

The mood in the house is still so somber - while at the same time - freaky excited! We are on edge while we wait for Martini to deliver - who could begin to whelp at any time! She has such a different personality that Margie so I am sure her signs will be nothing like the norm. she prefers to be alone and away from the pack. She follows me everywhere I go but could really care less about anyone else - including the other dogs.

I am very curious to see how she will be as a mom. Since she is so independent, I wonder if she will be an overly protective mom? Only time will tell - as we wait....
