Ginny practically shredded the sheets on our bed when I came up to go to sleep and by 12:30 am she was in full blown, hardcore labor. At 1:47 her first little pup - and only boy - entered the world. He is black with white and looks to be a long-coat. He has the most unique markings - love his white strip on his back that swipes around to his entire right front leg.
The remainder came rather quickly in whelping standards. Her first female arrived at 2:05 and the second at 2:20. Her second pup is another black with white and possible long coat. She has white on her back too, but it doesn't wrap to her leg - even though it too is white.
Her second female is black spotted on white with tan points. I believe she is a smooth coat. The largest of the litter by only 1/4 of an ounce, she is the longest too- apparently taking on her daddy's long body frame.
They all weigh around the same - 4 3/4 to 5 oz - and all perfectly healthy! Only time will tell with coat lengths and perhaps we may see more tan points over the next few days!
