No Room At The Inn

Lisa has some up coming litters due at any time and four litters of chis that she needs to place. Two of the litters are Buddy's!!! (you can pick them out immediately I tell ya - his pups are so Buddy-like) Since I know all of the parents I knew I could confidently place them for Lisa. Knowing a puppy's parents and their temperaments is truly the only way to properly place a puppy with its perfect family.

We picked up 12 puppies and set them up in our puppy playpen, which they have taken too quite quickly. I have never had this many pups at one time so I think we will have to build a second pen. Cleaning up after 6 puppies is a LOT different than 12. When one poops they ALL seem to follow suit! EKK!!!

I will say it is a lot of fun having the pups here - they are all so different and unique. They range from uber tiny to a tad bigger than the standard. Boo's pups are so big! They are over 3 lbs at 13 weeks! They chart out to be 7 lbs but I don't think they will get that big honestly. Boo is only 6 lbs and daddy is 4 lbs!!! I believe they will slow down in growing very soon - but are still PERFECT family pups. On the other end we have Lacy and Dee Dee's pups that may never get over 4 lbs. - some are so small they look like mice!!!

We are back on pup and poop patrol!!! It's never boring around here :)
