We have two escape artists in the house and you know what? I am TOTALLY not surprised. Between Lisa and I, we have seen countless puppies and generations of this line and they ALL crawl and jump gates. If you can follow this good luck.....Sassy and Peanut are parents to our sweet Margie as well as Lacy and Zoey. All three girls are gate climbers - JB, Margie's son is a gate climber. Cocoa is from a later litter of Sassy and Peanut - and guess what - she is a gate climber! I have heard from the families of pups from this line - they are gate jumpers. SOOOOO Lacy's male, Banana Twist and Zoey's female, Pina Colada - I found on TOP of the crate. They crawled up the side of the pen and up onto the crate, whining to get out.
Needless to say, for their own safety and for my sanity, we have pulled the pups from the pen permanently and have them in with our dogs. They don't seem to have a problem with the latest adjustment and have made themselves right at home - Here is Colada with her aunt Cocoa!
